Why 20?
The number 20 comes from specialty coffee tasting and evaluation. Coffee professionals often use a scoring system where coffees are graded out of a total of 100 points. Any coffee within the 20 point range between 80-100 is considered "Specialty Grade" We work to achieve a score close to 100 in every cup.
